These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.keel.delivery and all services provided by Oleg Anufriiev, operating as a self-employed worker (Autónomo) in Spain. By accessing or purchasing from this Website, you agree to these Terms.

Keel Delivery operates as a ship supply and coordination service for vessels calling at the Port of Valencia (Spain), acting as a registered service provider within the port.

2. Scope of Services

Keel Delivery provides:

1. Ship supply and onboard delivery of goods to vessels
2. Procurement of goods for individual crew members
3. Coordination and concierge services for crews ashore

Keel Delivery acts solely as a service coordinator and does not operate as a travel agency.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Packaging or appearance may vary depending on stock.
Prices shown online are indicative and may vary depending on supplier pricing and stock. The final price is confirmed before procurement and delivery.
All products supplied by Keel Delivery are original and authentic, sourced from authorized distributors or legal retailers. We do not supply imitations or counterfeit goods.

4. Orders

Orders may be placed via:

3. Messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram)

Each order must include: vessel name, IMO number, delivery location/berth, and contact person onboard.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the request is pre-arranged and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in EUR (€). USD ($) is also accepted; applicable exchange rates apply at the time of payment.
Payment must be completed prior to procurement of goods. Where applicable, payment may be authorized in advance and the final charge will reflect the confirmed price agreed before purchase.

Payment methods accepted:

1. Online by card.
2. Bank transfer;
3. Cash upon delivery (if agreed in advance — subject to legal limits).

Note: Cash payments are generally limited to €1,000 when one party acts as a business or professional. For private individuals who can prove that they do not have tax residence in Spain and are not acting as a business or professional, the legal cash payment limit may be increased to €10,000, subject to identification and declaration requirements.

6. VAT (IVA) Treatment

VAT treatment depends on the nature of the transaction and the identity of the purchaser. The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to determine applicable VAT treatment.

6.1 Personal Crew Purchases (B2C)

Goods intended for personal use by individual crew members are subject to standard Spanish VAT (21%). Delivery location alone does not determine VAT status.

6.2 Ship Supply — VAT Exemption (Art. 22.Tres LIVA)

Certain transactions may qualify for VAT exemption under Article 22, Ley 37/1992 (LIVA). This applies only when all of the following conditions are met:

1. The purchaser is the vessel operator, owner, or authorized agent
2. Goods are intended for vessel operation or crew provisions
3. The vessel is engaged in international maritime navigation
4. Required documentation is provided (IMO, flag, DUA/MRN)

7. Delivery Conditions

Delivery is subject to:

1. Autoridad Portuaria de Valencia regulations
2. Vessel approval
3. Safety conditions

Keel Delivery may reschedule or cancel delivery if required. Each case will be assessed individually in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Cancellations & Returns

8.1 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before delivery.

8.2 Returns

Damaged or defective items may be returned within 30 days.

8.3 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact: info@keel.delivery.
Returned goods must be in original condition.

Exclusions:

• Customised goods
• Opened hygiene products

9. Documentation

Keel Delivery may issue invoices, receipts, and delivery notes.
Photographs may be taken strictly for operational purposes and will not include identifiable personal data unless authorized.

10. Coordination & Shore Leave Services

10.1 Nature of Service

Keel Delivery provides coordination services and is not a travel agency.

10.2 Transport

1. Transport is arranged via licensed providers
2. Liability rests with the provider
3. Keel Delivery is not responsible for transport failures

10.3 Disbursements

Where Keel Delivery uses licensed third-party providers, tickets, bookings, transport or other services in order to perform the coordination service, such costs are treated as Keel Delivery’s internal operating expenses, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

The client purchases only Keel Delivery’s professional coordination service. Third-party costs are not sold as standalone services and are not itemised as separate travel, transport or ticket sales, except where required by law or expressly agreed with the client.

Keel Delivery may choose the providers necessary to perform the service, including licensed taxi/VTC providers, ticket suppliers, booking platforms or other third parties.

Unless expressly agreed as a disbursement made in the client’s name and on the client’s behalf, any third-party cost remains part of Keel Delivery’s own operating cost structure.

11. External Links

Keel Delivery is not responsible for third-party websites.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability where not permitted by law.

13. Data Protection

Data is processed under GDPR and Spanish law.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Spanish law applies.
