Keel Delivery operates as a ship supply, onboard delivery and crew coordination service for vessels calling at Valencia, Spain.
Keel Delivery provides services to vessels, crews, agents, operators, owners and authorized representatives in accordance with applicable Spanish law, port regulations, customs rules, tax rules and safety requirements.

2. Purpose of the Website
The purpose of this Website is to present Keel Delivery’s ship supply, vessel delivery, crew welfare supply and crew coordination services.
The Website may provide product descriptions, indicative prices, ordering options, service information and contact forms.
All products and services are subject to availability, confirmation, applicable law, port rules, customs requirements, tax treatment and Keel Delivery’s Terms and Conditions.

3. Nature of the Service
Keel Delivery operates under a pre-arranged order model. Delivery to a vessel, port gate, terminal or agreed meeting point is the execution of a previously placed order.
Keel Delivery does not operate an onboard retail shop, mobile shop, street vending activity, cash-and-carry activity or spontaneous sales activity within port areas or onboard vessels.
Keel Delivery does not display products onboard, solicit purchases onboard, or sell additional goods during delivery unless such goods are part of a previously confirmed order.
4. Vessel Supply and Crew Welfare Requests
Some orders may be initiated by crew members but treated as vessel supply or crew welfare supply requests where delivery to the vessel or within port areas requires confirmation, approval or acceptance by the vessel, master, agent, operator, owner or another authorized representative.
Keel Delivery may request additional information or documentation where required for port access, customs, tax treatment, invoicing, delivery, compliance or safety purposes.
5. Personal Retail Purchases
Personal retail purchases by individual crew members are treated as ordinary B2C purchases and are generally subject to Spanish VAT. The customer’s status as a seafarer, the vessel’s location, or the fact that goods may be used onboard does not automatically determine VAT exemption or vessel supply treatment.
Where required by law, port rules or operational conditions, personal retail purchases may be delivered outside restricted port areas, at an agreed meeting point, port gate, hotel, public location or another legally permitted place.
6. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All texts, images, graphics, logos, layouts, design elements and other materials displayed on this Website are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Unless otherwise stated:
